Booking Terms & Conditions.

Bookings made more than 12 months ahead - we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £200 to hold the date for you. A further non-refundable deposit of 25% is required 12 months before your wedding, and then the balance is due 2 months before your Big Day.

Bookings made within 12 months of the wedding date - we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. We then ask for the balance to be paid 2 months before the wedding date, once numbers and final arrangements have been confirmed.

Wedding photos / videos – we reserve the right to use wedding photos & videos taken at Sea Horse Beach Club for advertising purposes.
